Theres a shared kitchen (with slate flor tiles double Belfast sink large stainless steel range cooker) and brand new SMEG dishwasher and washing machine. Theres two lounges use of a garden and a downstairs bathroom with habitat sink and double- ended (ie taps in the middle) roll top bath so neither of you gets the tap end!The tenants & the rent:Its sharing with two professionals (Catherine and Sarah). Mark the current tenant is moving out. The rent (heres the good bit!!) is only £320PCM.
