I am down a quiet country lane but am literally 2 mins from junc 3 of the m27 5 mins from romsey town centre and 10-15 mins from center of southampton. the room: i have a room available which is currently being used as a single room which is furnished the room will fit in a double bed but i dont have one if you want to bring your own furniture that is fine by me i will just move the other stuff out. there is a choice of 2 rooms but one is most certinally better than the other has gorgous views.the house: its a large 3 bed semi detatched cottage i have AMPLE off road parking which is gated if anyone is horsey then i have space for a horse trailer/lorry. you will be sharing with myself (a female 24yr old professional) my cat who is very friendly. you will have full use of everything internet sky washing machine etc etc. the rent includes all bills so i will not ask for any extra.type of person i am looking for: im looking for a fun sociable person the usual clean tidy friendly. i want to be as flexible as possible so if you have any questions or requests then give me a call/email and i will see what i can do. this property would be ideal for someone who loves the outdoor lifestyle if youre a runner then there are miles of lanes which are quiet for first thing in the morn if you ride then there are lots of livery yards nearby to keep your horse but if you commute then i am so close to the motorway (even though you wouldnt know it or hear it) then it is a perfect retreat after a busy days work. i have a very large garden with a decking area which is great for entertaining in the summer. looking forward to hearing your response!
